We are a family owned & operated business located in downtown Boise. As a Baker at A'tavola you will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, cookies, bars and cakes while adhering to food safety standards.

This position is full time:

Tuesday - Saturday from 7:00AM - 3:00PM. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including cookies, pastries, and cakes Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation Ability to decorate cakes is preferred Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory management of baking supplies and ingredients Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Requirements Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within food production or preparation. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food handling practices, and food safety regulations. Experience in cake decorating is highly desirable. Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and tools used in baking. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
