Baker - Second Shift/Evening Hour

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Second Shift / Nighttime Baker to help expand our bakery capacity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a focused, hands-on environment — preparing the pastries, quiche, burritos, and baked goods that our customers enjoy the next morning. You'll play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and care that define our café. What You'll Do Prepare and bake a variety of items following established recipes Assist in production of pastries, quiche, burritos, lunches, and seasonal offerings Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment Monitor ingredient levels and communicate inventory needs Package and store finished products for next-day display and/or delivery Support occasional special orders or catering prep Work closely with the bakery team to ensure consistency and quality What We're Looking For 2+ years of baking or kitchen experience (commercial bakery or restaurant preferred) Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work independently and stay focused during evening hours Attention to detail and pride in your work Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Reliability and consistency — this role is essential to daily operations Schedule Second Shift /

Evening Hours:
