Job Description We are looking for candidates to be available between 5:30am to 6:30pm to be considered. This role is offering 20-30 hours per week. You could expect the position of Barista Clerk working at Schnucks in the Starbucks department to include the following. DUTIES Provide friendly and courteous service to customers Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job Greet customers prior to filling their order Brew varieties of coffee and create specialty drinks according to Starbucks brand standards and recipes Ensure proper handling and packaging for cafe items Completion of Starbucks required training and familiarity with seasonal product offerings Suggestive selling and product sampling Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and cases, following Schnucks company safety and sanitation procedures as well as Starbucks standards Read and understand shelf tags and signage Operate a cash terminal Follow all opening and closing procedures within the department Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management including training as a checker and stock clerk.

TRAINING

Training will be provided at store level and will be a blended learning of hands-on experience along with computer based training both in Schnucks and Starbucks learning platforms.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Bending Stooping Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Working on feet for 4-8 hour shifts Additional Requirements -

minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.

Store Support Center Teammates:

Compensation Pay Range:
