Job Overview We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team! In this role, you will be crafting beautiful and delicious baked goods from scratch that delight our customers. Bringing your baking experience and combining it with our delicious recipes ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, muffins, scones, cookies, pies, crisps, crumbles, desserts, etc. ensuring consistency and quality in every item Assist in food production processes by following recipes accurately and maintaining efficient workflow in the kitchen Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety regulations and hygiene standards to promote a safe working environment Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment to uphold food safety protocols at all times Help in other areas of the kitchen as needed Requirements Hands-on experience with food preparation techniques including knife skills, cooking methods, and culinary presentation (would be willing to teach) Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients and understand their preferences Previous kitchen or restaurant experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detail combined with creativity in food presentation and decoration Join us if you're eager to bring your culinary talents to life in a lively environment where innovation is celebrated!
