We are looking for someone who is interested in learning the craft of making bread, bagels, pastry items and Granola. Learn proper techniques for forming loaves/bagels, managing starters and proper mixing just to mention a few items. Food experience is preferred. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm. Requirements Prior experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. We are a small team of 20 employees. We are a wholesale bakery with no customer traffic in the bakery. We work in a very controlled and calm environment with a predictable work- load. No drama and chaos allowed.
