Home Based Family Caseworker I Base Salary Starting at $40,000 Annually Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Total Earnings Opportunity Caseworkers may earn additional income through: Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses Employees in this role have earned between $40,000 and $62,000 annually, with higher earnings reflecting overtime and bonus compensation.

$44,900 Home-Based Family Caseworker II Base Salary Starting at $35,838 Annually Qualifications One of the following: Associate degree plus four years of experience providing services to families High School Diploma/GED plus four years of experience providing services to families Total Earnings Opportunity Caseworkers may earn additional income through: Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses Employees in this role have earned between $35,838 and $50,000 annually, with higher earnings reflecting overtime and bonus compensation.
