TARTINE LLC, located in the heart of New Orleans, LA, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Baker & FOH (Front of House) Employee to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with a team, and have a knack for multitasking, we'd love to hear from you! About the Role As a Baker & FOH Employee, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy both delicious baked goods and a welcoming experience. This unique position combines hands-on baking responsibilities with front-of-house duties, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills in both areas.
Key Responsibilities Baking & Prep Work :
Use your baking or prep experience to craft our delicious offerings. Early Saturday mornings (3am start) are part of the job, so reliability is key!
Customer Service :
Provide friendly and attentive service to our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile.
Team Collaboration :
Work alongside a supportive team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
Multitasking :
Balance baking, prep, and front-of-house duties with ease, ensuring all aspects of the job are handled efficiently.
What We're Looking For Experience :
At least 1 year of baking or prep experience is required.
Skills :
Strong multitasking abilities and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
Reliability :
Must be available for early Saturday morning shifts (3am start).
