(both cash AND credit card) which GREATLY increases hourly wage

Responsibilities/Duties:

Wait on in-store customers & take phone calls with top notch customer service Prepare/assemble basic pastry items (filling cannolis, striping eclairs, bagging cookies, etc.) Package items for in-store display/purchase & wholesale accounts (cookie packs, scones, coffee cakes, etc.) Prepare coffee and other specialty beverages (lime rickeys, lattes, etc.) Package daily cake orders keeping slips/boxes neat and organized Take custom cake/pastry orders over the phone & in store Tipped position which GREATLY increases hourly wage (cash and credit card tips)

Qualities/Other:

Ability to multi-task and work at an efficient work pace as store is always very busy with in-store guests and everyday work tasks Always pleasant attitude with a will to learn and grown within the company Reliable & dependent (on-time, follow rules, limited call-out) Family owned and operated business -- customer service skills MUST be excellent Previous food industry experience is a plus but not necessary
