• Starting at $16 / hr Core Responsibilities
• Ice and finish standard cakes per the company receipe
• pre-made decorations (fruit, chocolate plaques, standard piping)
• Maintain cake case display — replenish, rotate, label
• Box and label cakes for whole-cake sales and pre-orders
• Clean and sanitize decorating station and tools
• Stock raw materials (fondant, fruit, cream) Qualifications
• 0-1 year cake decorating or related food prep experience
• Steady hands, eye for visual symmetry
• Food Handler Certification (or within 30 days)
• Ability to follow precise visual specifications
• Basic English literacy for spec sheets and labels
• Comfortable on feet 7+ hours Tier 2: Cake Decorator II — Custom — $18.00
• 21.50/hr Core Responsibilities
• custom cake orders — lettering, character drawings, color matching
• Handle pre-order pipeline for birthdays, weddings, corporate orders
• Train and quality-check Cake Decorator I work
• Communicate with customers for custom design clarification (phone/in-person)
• Track cake PAR and waste
• Backup for cake case stocking and FOH display merchandising Qualifications
• 1-3 years cake decorating experience
• Portfolio of custom cake work (photo evidence)
• Food Handler Certification (required)
• Strong English for customer interaction
• Familiarity with seasonal/holiday cake programs
