Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, polished, and customer-focused Bakery Associates who have a strong knowledge of baked goods and a talent for sales. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with guests, and takes pride in delivering an elevated service experience. Key Responsibilities Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Demonstrate knowledge of fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and pies Recommend items and confidently upsell bakery products Maintain attractive and organized displays Handle transactions accurately and efficiently Keep the bakery clean, stocked, and presentation-ready at all times Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth daily operation Qualifications Prior experience in a bakery, café, retail, or food service environment preferred Strong knowledge of baked goods (breads, pastries, cakes, pies) Proven ability to sell and upsell products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For Passion for food and hospitality Attention to detail and pride in presentation Team players who bring energy and enthusiasm Individuals committed to delivering exceptional service every time Why Join Us?
