Schedule:

Shifts available within 6am-10:30am Wednesday-Sunday / 1:30pm - 5pm Wednesday-Sunday; determined by the current needs of the business.

Probation:

30 days at reduced pay We're a collaborative, detail-driven, creative, community-focused coffee roastery/café seeking a part-time Assistant Baker to assist daily production and support café operations for our fully vegan coffee bar and kitchen. Full time position available commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

Bake pastries, scones, coffee cakes, sweet and savory rolls, sweet breads Prep sandwiches and other savory menu items Manage prep lists, inventory, kitchen workflow Assist with barista duties + customer service Maintain cleanliness, rotation, waste management

Requirements:

Knowledge of or willingness to learn about vegan food and baking Knowledge of or willingness to learn about gluten-free food and baking ServSafe or food handler certification preferred Professional baking experience preferred; willing to train motivated candidates Basic barista + cocktail knowledge preferred Strong time-management, organization, and attention to detail
