Typically 4pm-12am Job Description The Evening Baker position at Crust is one that requires attention to detail, ability to adhere to core mixing guidelines, and the capability to meet tight production schedules. Because our team sets the bar working with high quality ingredients creating products that are second to none, it is highly important that they work cohesively to provide products that are in line with Crust's expectations and reputation.

Responsibilities Include:

Frying, topping and filling doughnuts Proofing, baking, and topping a wide variety of other pastries such as brownies, cookies, cinnamon rolls, danishes, muffins, viennoiseries, and laminated pastries offered through Crust Abiding by quality and recipe specifications set forth by management Adhering to sanitation guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace Ensuring correct temperature and equipment settings on proofers, ovens and fryers per Crust specifications Success in this Position is Generally Exhibited by those who: Have flexible availability between the hours of 4 PM and midnight and during high volume holiday seasons (days/weeks surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas). Are quality driven, detail oriented and have effective use of time management Are accustomed to working in a fast paced environment and according to tight production schedules Are able to stand for extended periods of time and are comfortable working a position that has physical demands (bending, lifting, repetitive motion and use of hands).
