This role is ideal for students or individuals seeking part-time or summer work in a fast-paced, customer-focused bakery environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with orders and inquiries Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Answer phones and assist with order placement and questions Frost and decorate baked goods according to company standards Package baked goods neatly and securely Fulfill customer and online orders with accuracy and speed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and work areas Assist with additional bakery tasks as needed Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Works efficiently and maintains attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to follow instructions and uphold quality standards Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in both warm kitchen environments and freezer temperatures when needed Compensation Minimum wage during training Tips included Performance-based raises available Schedule Requirements Part-time hours (flexible scheduling) Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays Additional Requirements Must be at least 16 years old Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Why Join Us?
