Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Project Execution & Leadership:
Manage hardscape design and installation projects from ground break to final walkthrough, ensuring the crew performs efficiently and deadlines are met. ​
Site Prep & Grading:
Accurately set elevations using laser levels, execute proper site grading, and install structural base materials to specification. ​
Equipment Operation:
Professionally and safely operate mini-excavators, skid steers, and other heavy machinery required for excavation and material handling. ​
Precision Craftsmanship:
Cut, miter, and lay pavers and retaining walls with clean, high-standard professional finishing. ​
Plan Interpretation:
Read, interpret, and precisely execute landscape blueprints, construction details, and scope-of-work documents. ​
Crew & Asset Management:
Maintain strict organization on-site and in the work trucks. Ensure the team keeps tools, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained daily. ​Qualifications ​
Experience:
Proven, hands-on experience in commercial or high-end residential hardscape installation and crew management (required). ​
Technical Skills:
Mastery of transit/laser levels, subgrade preparation, and drainage fundamentals. ​
Machinery:
Proficiency with compact construction equipment (excavators, track loaders). ​
Attributes:
Strong leadership communication, sharp attention to detail, highly organized, and a zero-tolerance attitude for messy workstations or unmaintained gear.
Pay:
$25.95 - $34.00 per hour
