Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Head Pastry Chef Hello friends! I'm Heather, owner of The Home Bakery in downtown Rochester. After an incredible run (including a Detroit Lions window that brought in some serious buzz), we're looking to bring in a new Head Pastry Chef to help lead us into our next chapter. We are looking for someone with: Strong pastry & baking experience Leadership & team management skills Great organization & time management A passion for creativity and growth A desire to help us elevate and evolve our legacy bakery (without flipping it upside down overnight… promise ) We're a 95-year-old bakery with a loyal following and big dreams. If you or someone you know is looking for a fresh start and wants to help shape something special, I'd love to talk. Timing-wise, we're hoping to fill the position in the next few weeks. Referrals welcome and so appreciated.
