Primary responsibility will be for production of donuts, pies, breads, cookies and other baked goods in accordance with Food Code and company procedures, along with daily cleaning. Approximately 24 hours per week. Must have weekend availability. Weekends are the primary time that shifts will be available. Join the team at our family business. Be a part of the team that brings joy to so many folks in the fall season. It wouldn't be a Michigan fall without cider donuts. Expectations include
  • Preparation of donuts, including weighing, measuring, mixing, frying, sugaring, packaging
  • Load and Unload Oven
  • Baking to ensure consistent product doneness and appearance
  • Works safely around hot oven, donut fryer, sharp utensils and other equipment
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
  • Communicates well within the department and with management Success in this position will stem from
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 50 pounds intermittently but repeatedly during a shift
  • Willingness to be flexible with schedule
  • Able to follow through on verbal instructions
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality Desired characteristics for this position are:
