What You'll Do:
Bake pies, pastries, and other baked goods by following our recipes and standards. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe while following all food safety rules. Help with prep, inventory, and letting the team know when supplies are running low. Hit daily production goals while keeping quality and consistency at the highest level. Work closely with your teammates and managers to keep things running smoothly. Customer Service and Food Service Team Our front-of-house crew is the face of Grand Traverse Pie Company. You'll welcome guests, take orders, and make sure every guest leaves happy.
What You'll Do:
Greet every guest with a genuine, warm welcome. Take orders, answer menu questions, and process payments accurately. Serve food and drinks quickly and with a smile. Keep the dining room and service areas clean and organized. Support teammates and help out wherever needed.
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable, team-oriented people who can handle a busy, fast-paced environment.
For bakers:
previous kitchen or baking experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person.
For customer service:
friendly, people-focused, and willing to learn. Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. For bakers, physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
