OVERNIGHT PASTRY BAKER - ROSE STREET BREAD

LAB, St. Paul, MN> Rose Street Bread Lab serves as an extension of our acclaimed French bakeries in South Minneapolis and St. Paul. Functioning as a dedicated production facility, the Lab specializes in crafting artisanal breads and viennoiserie for distribution to both retail and wholesale clients.

FULLTIME POSITION

This role requires 40 hours per week. Full-time position with compensation commensurate with experience. Proficiency in working with yeasted products is required.

EQUIPMENT PROFICIENCY

Candidates must have experience with spiral mixers, deck ovens and rotating rack ovens.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

A minimum 2 years of previous experience is mandatory. Please note that this is not an entry-level position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and involves walking and standing for extended periods.

TEAM COLLABORATION

Collaborate with a team to prepare both wholesale and retail products during overnight shifts.

AUTONOMOUS EFFICIENCY

Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.
