Duties:

Work with other Bakers and front house staff Produce a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and desserts

Experience:

Variety of Bread/Sourdough, Pastries and Cakes (decorating and writing) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Cleanliness and time management skills paramount
