Professional baking experience is required for this role.

• Part-time, ~10 hours/week with potential to expand, depending on availability. Starting pay $18/hr.
• Estimated schedule: Monday 7:30a
• 10:30a Wednesday 1:30p

• Delivering to local wholesale partners and making Monday inventory run in your own reliable car (mileage reimbursed).
• Working with the team to prepare and bake off doughs/batters.
• Boxing orders
• Helping manage inventory.
• Communicating with management about kitchen needs // Our Ideal Candidate
• Takes pride in their work.
• Reads recipes and follows written instructions with superior attention to detail.
• Is a calm, confident troubleshooter.
• Works cleanly and efficiently.
• Team player and strong communicator; position requires detailed communication to keep the team operating as a strong unit!
• Works well on a team but possesses strong self-motivation. Capable of working well independently.
• Is ready to learn and open to feedback.
• Enthusiastic about providing pastries to local Charlotte vendors and forming positive relationships with the rest of the warm, friendly W+W team!
• Should be able to work an 8-hour shift on your feet and load 50 lb.
