What You'll Be Doing Depending on your position and shift, you may be: Mixing dough and preparing our recipes from scratch Weighing, portioning, and balling cookie dough Baking cookies and other desserts Dressing and decorating our weekly flavors Packaging orders and helping customers Following recipes carefully to make sure every batch meets Crumbl standards Keeping your workspace clean, stocked, and organized Working together with your team to keep things running smoothly Learning new cookies, desserts, recipes, and processes as our menu changes each week Who We're Looking For You don't have to be an experienced baker!
