Overview The Macaroon Shop is a well-known bakery at the New Jersey shore. Our products are made on-site from premium ingredients. We take pride in offering high-quality bakery products and providing exceptional customer service. We're looking for a talented, dependable baker who takes pride in producing quality products. Responsibilities Prepare and bake cakes (no cake decorating), butter cookies, pies, cheesecake, danish, eclairs, turnovers, napoleons, etc. Follow recipes while maintaining consistency and quality Assist with preparing buttercream, fillings, and other bakery components Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Clean bakery equipment as needed Help with inventory management Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations Qualifications 1+ years Professional Baking experience or a Culinary Program Degree Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Ability to multi-task Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs We are seeking someone who is positive, hardworking, enjoys baking, and is looking for a long-term position. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
