The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, a love for creating delicious baked goods, and strong work ethic. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries and bread, while ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team setting. Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and cookies.
• Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and organized in accordance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new recipes and improve existing products.
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders as needed. Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a kitchen environment.
• Understanding of basic baking techniques and recipes, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A passion for baking and creating high-quality products
• Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including: early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
