Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked goods. Your attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality products will contribute to the success of our bakery.Duties:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering ingredients and supplies
- Package and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or similar food industry setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques is a plus
- Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial
Skills:
- Proficient in food preparation and baking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
