About us Cafe Breizh french Bakery and cafe Job Summary We are in search of a candidate for the position of Pastry cook . You should have a great attitude, be motivated, on time to learn and want to become part of a team at an exciting French bakery in the Summerlin area. A successful culinary career can be developed for an employee who demonstrate culinary skills, grace under pressure and willingness to work as team player. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Pulling out product for the next day Measuring ingredients and sizing portions accurately mixing baking, piping, glazing Assisting with all stations in production area of the cafe as needed Maintaining high standards of hygiene Learning and applying food safety techniques Assisting with ordering inventory and receiving deliveries Start time is 4 AM This is an opportunity to not only learn from a chef with 20+ years experience in famous kitchens from Paris, New York and on the Las Vegas strip - but to also join a new and exciting team! This position is for 5 days a week 40 hours minimum
