Description:
Round Table Pizza is looking for an energetic, dependable, and self-motivated team member to join our kitchen as a Dough Roller. Our dough is made fresh in-house every morning, and this position plays a key role in ensuring every guest receives the quality pizza Round Table Pizza is known for. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout their shift, and takes pride in producing a high-quality product in a clean, organized environment. Responsibilities Prepare fresh dough and other assigned products according to company recipes and procedures. Ensure sufficient product is prepared to meet each day's production needs. Prepare product in advance for the following day's business. Follow production schedules to ensure all products are completed accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized dough room in accordance with company standards and health department regulations. Properly rotate and label products using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. Monitor product quality and report any concerns to management. Operate dough-making equipment safely and responsibly. Follow all company policies, food safety procedures, and job aids. Assist with additional prep or kitchen tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Food service or kitchen experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
