Package baked items carefully for retail display or customer takeout, maintaining neatness and product integrity. Support food production by following recipes accurately and ensuring consistent quality across all items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about baked goods, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Assist with catering orders and special event preparations as needed, contributing to the overall success of bakery operations. Experience Previous experience in baking, pastry arts, or food production is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is equally valued. Basic understanding of food handling safety are important for maintaining quality and safety standards. Experience working in a kitchen or food industry setting—such as restaurants or catering—will help you adapt quickly. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
