Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of donuts and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and fryers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines Assist with food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients Support high-volume production needs during busy shifts while adhering to recipe specifications Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and company policies Skills Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portioning products precisely Excellent attention to detail for cake decorating, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness Customer service mindset to support team collaboration and uphold a positive work environment Join us in creating delicious moments for our customers!
