Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety standards. Package baked goods for sale or distribution, ensuring proper labeling and presentation. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries about baked products. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely preparation of items for catering or restaurant service. Utilize kitchen tools safely, including knives and other baking equipment. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, specifically in baking or pastry preparation is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Strong skills in food preparation techniques, including mixing, measuring, and baking. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in catering environments is a plus but not required.
