Baker

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Bakery Team and the Laurannae family! Our kitchen team is responsible for baking our scratch-made pastries, desserts and, cakes for both of our Broken Arrow locations.

Responsibilities:

Making and prepping scratch-made products for custom orders and our stores Monitoring Inventory to ensure products are in stock Answering phones and helping customers with questions or complaints Cleaning dishes and prep areas in between production Keep storefront cases and speed racks fully stocked Maintaining consistently exceptional product quality Prepping our sandwich/salad/soup station for daily production

Qualifications:

Previous formal experience with baking and pastry is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet product deadlines in a timely fashion Positive attitude and ability to mingle with lots of different personalities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to complete assigned duties in a quick and efficient manner If this sounds like you, please reach out. Tips range anywhere from $3- $6 an hour and are in addition to the hourly rate.
