We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with others, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed. As a team member, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers while helping keep the shop running smoothly. Duties Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all guests Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare coffee, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to company standards Package and serve donuts to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop Restock products and supplies as needed Complete opening and closing duties thoroughly Wash dishes and maintain clean workstations throughout each shift Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Maintain product quality and presentation standards Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed Willingness to learn and adapt Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs Food handler's card or obtained within 2 weeks of hiring Food service experience is preferred but not required-we are happy to train the right person! $15.55 - $16.00 per hour
