Production / Lamination

We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Production / Lamination $22/hr+

TipsSchedule:

8am-3pm Sunday - Thursday Duties include:

Preparing mise en place items and garnishesPiping, shaping, & rollingScale / mix basic recipes and pastry componentsLaminating and shaping croissant dough, rolling bagelsConsolidating, organizing and general pastry handlingUsing kitchen equipment knowledgeably and meeting safety standardsCommunicating clearly with baker and production staffConsistent punctuality & attendanceMaintaining quality standards & quality controlFollow all company policies

Qualifications:

Current OR Food Handler s Card2 years professional kitchen experience requiredProfessional and strong attention to detailHigh standards for quality and cleanlinessAbility to be flexible to the priorities of the kitchenBasic math skillsUnderstand written & verbal communicationAbility to work standing for long periods of timeAbility to be led and learn quicklyCompensation is competitive and determined based on experience, performance and position held.

Health care benefits are available for full-time employees after 3 mos. PTO accrues after 1 year of employment.
