Cook Position Summary:

Cook :

Prepares or directs the preparation of all food served using standard recipes and special diet orders. Orders food as needed, trains new cooks or staff, and takes the lead roll in the kitchen duties. Keeps work area clean and sanitary at all times. Understands and follows , ServSafe, and other food service regulations. Assists with food service aide duties as needed.
