Job Summary Position will also receive pooled tips. Experience not required...will train! Join our dynamic bakery team as an Overnight Bread Baker, where you will play a vital role in crafting fresh, high-quality bread during the overnight hours. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate culinary environment, ensuring that our customers receive delicious, freshly baked bread every morning. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of bread following established recipes and quality standards Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters efficiently and safely Manage dough preparation, fermentation processes, and baking schedules to ensure timely production for the next day's service Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards Package baked items carefully for storage or delivery, ensuring freshness and presentation quality Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or reorder needs Support food handling procedures with attention to hygiene, safety regulations, and proper documentation Qualifications Proven pastry or baking experience with a focus on high-volume production environments is helpful, but we will train. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory Previous catering or food industry experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
