Our bakers are responsible for preparing and baking cakes, cupcakes, and other specialty baked goods in accordance with company recipes, quality standards, and production schedules. This position requires teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality products for customers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. Prepare, mix, and bake cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods according to standardized recipes and specifications. Measure, weigh, and combine ingredients accurately to maintain product consistency. Monitor baking processes, including oven temperatures and baking times, to achieve optimal results. Work efficiently and collaboratively to meet order volume and production deadlines Inspect finished products to ensure quality, appearance, and taste meet company standards. Properly label, date, and store baked products to maintain freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Adhere to all food safety, handling, and sanitation regulations. Monitor ingredient inventory levels and communicate needs to management. Assist with other bakery duties as required, including packaging, decorating support, customer orders, and cleaning and maintenance tasks. Assist with occasional events at the Kitchen and with community partners
