We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and hard-working baker to join our crew! As a member of the Sift bakery team, this role will be part of a team responsible for ensuring high quality of product and efficient, clean, and safe working practices. This role will be specific to wholesale production and could require early morning and/or afternoon hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow recipes and techniques while preparing and baking products Help to create and maintain food quality standards Weekly BOH organization: reducing clutter, restocking ingredients, cleaning equipment, communication with the Back of House Manager and Owner in regard to ordering needs from vendors Maintain presence on our scheduling app for communication and scheduling Attend all relevant meetings Set the general attitude and tone, fostering effective and efficient communication with all team members Uphold health and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:
