The Role:

We're looking for a Baker / Pastry Cook to produce breads, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest quality standards. You ll work closely with our team to ensure smooth production, train other bakers, and maintain an organized, safe, and efficient bakery. As a 24/7 bakery, we offer a wide variety of shifts and hours to fit different schedules. This position will work out of our Linc location.

What You'll Do:

Bake breads, pastries, and other items on scheduleProduce toppings and pastry components as assignedTrain and mentor other bakers on proper standardsCollaborate with baking, packing, and delivery teamsMaintain clean, safe workstations and equipmentFollow all FDA, State, and City health standards

Qualifications:

Active Food Handler's Certification requiredExperience in baking, pastry, or hospitality preferredAttention to detail and ability to follow directionsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
