Job Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods and cafe items,, including: bread, pastries, cookies, sandwiches etc.. The baker will also be responsible for ensuring that all baked goods are of the highest quality and are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods and cafe items, including: croissants, pastries, muffins, cookies, sandwiches, salads, etc. Ensure that all items are of the highest quality and are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in all baked goods. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a baker in a high yield environment. Available to work mornings, weekends and holidays. Knowledge of baking techniques and methods. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work early morning shifts, mid day shifts and night shifts as needed. Ability to work holidays and weekends.
