• Fulshear, TX TOUS les JOURS, a French-Asian bakery café known for its beautifully crafted cakes, pastries, and desserts, is looking for a talented and dependable Cake Decorator to join our Fulshear bakery team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys creating beautiful cakes, takes pride in attention to detail, and can consistently produce cakes that meet TOUS les JOURS quality and presentation standards. Whether you already have professional cake decorating experience or have strong foundational skills and are ready to learn the TOUS les JOURS style, we would love to hear from you.

• 17/hour, based on experience What You'll Do As a Cake Decorator, you'll be responsible for assembling, decorating, finishing, and presenting the signature cakes our customers enjoy every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assemble and decorate TOUS les JOURS cakes according to established recipes and visual standards Prepare whipped cream cakes, specialty cakes, seasonal cakes, and other desserts Pipe cream, borders, lettering, and decorative elements with accuracy and consistency Apply glazes, fruit, chocolate, decorations, toppings, and finishing elements Prepare fillings, toppings, creams, and decorating materials needed for daily production Follow visual guides and consistently reproduce TOUS les JOURS cake designs Complete daily cake production according to store needs and customer demand Prepare and fulfill customer cake orders accurately and on time Monitor cake inventory and communicate production needs to the bakery team Properly label, rotate, and store ingredients and finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cake decorating station Properly clean and maintain decorating tools and equipment Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and store procedures Work closely with bakers, Front-of-House employees, and management to ensure cakes are available when needed What We're Looking For Previous cake decorating, bakery, pastry, or culinary experience preferred Experience with piping, frosting, whipped cream, glazing, and cake finishing is highly valued Strong attention to detail and presentation Ability to follow visual guides and reproduce cake designs consistently Creative mindset and pride in producing high-quality work Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and follow TOUS les JOURS recipes and decorating standards Strong understanding of cleanliness and food-safety practices Must be available for morning/day shifts Must be available to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday as scheduled Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive decorating tasks Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the shift Why Join TOUS les JOURS?
