Hello! We are seeking a skilled/experienced baker to join our team with a primary focus on making our French macarons. We are a small but growing retail Macaron bakery in the Grapevine Mills Mall!

REQUIREMENTS

Must have successful Macaron baking experience (Submit pictures with resume) Training as a pastry / dessert chef or equivalent work experience. Two or more years of applicable kitchen or industry experience, and familiarity with large-scale production. At least some hands-on experience making macarons and filling shells. Passionate about creating consistent and high-quality pastries and desserts, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have the ability to work efficiently both independently, and as part of a team. Able to actively contribute to a positive, encouraging, productive, and fun work environment, with a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback. We are a tight-knit, drama-free team! Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift. A current OR food handler's card.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Making and mixing macaron batter, buttercream, and fillings Piping, baking, sorting, and filling macaron shells Cleaning, washing sheet pans, and doing your dishes
