$16.50-$18.00 per hour + shared team tip pool What You'll Do As a Bakery Associate, you'll be cross-trained throughout our bakery and become an important part of our daily operations. No two days are exactly the same, and everyone works together to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare hot breakfast items including bacon, eggs, sandwiches & pastries Assist with bagel production, including shaping, topping, proofing, and prep Bake cookies and pastries Prepare beverages Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude Operate the POS/register and process customer orders Package takeout and delivery orders with care Restock ingredients, beverages, and displays Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work as a team and help wherever needed Who We're Looking For Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with others Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Loves providing great customer service Is eager to learn and grow Can multitask in a fast-paced environment Is comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds Holds a valid Texas Food Handler Certificate or is willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire Previous bakery, restaurant, or food service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person . We believe character, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience. Schedule Full-Time (approximately 40 hours per week) Morning and daytime shifts Operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM Employees typically work 5 days per week and receive 2 days off Weekend availability is required as schedules rotate Closed Sundays Why Join Sunrise Nook?
