Cake Decorator Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure completion of all customer request and maintain store appearance for optimal productivity. Administer optimal level of customer satisfaction by ensuring customers are given prompt and courteous attention, sales are maximized and the image of the company is enhanced. Facilitate work by company standards. Manage and apply creativity into decoration of cookie cakes and cookies along with other special orders in a timely manner. Assist in controlling food, labor, paper and supplies costs. Monitor sales and be assigned to the correct job station during peak periods. Monitor the appearance and quality of baked and decorated product. Monitor cleaning schedule and insure the acceptable appearance of the store. Complete job performance insuring duties are completed correctly and that all company policies and procedures are being followed. Insure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Perform any other duties and functions as assigned by the Store Manager.' '
