## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking and have experience in French pastry, bread, and cake decorating. • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
• Decorate cakes and eclairs with precision and creativity
• Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
• Ensure high-quality standards for all products
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives
• Package and present baked goods effectively
• Assist in food preparation as needed Other possible responsibilies:
• Run register and help customers
• Prepare drinks/coffee as needed
• Keep kitchen and dining clean ## Qualifications
• 1-2 years as a Baker in the food industry or graduation from or late progression in a pastry program
• Knowledge of food production processes and techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake decorating
• Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules
