Cake Decorator

Hours:

starting shift from 7:00am Transportation is a must since position starts so early in the morning Experience is desired and compensated! Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus

Required Skills:

• Able to pipe icing roses and other assorted icing flowers in different mediums (ie. buttercream, Royal, or decorator's icing)
• able to ice a cake in under 2 minutes
• Piped writing in cursive
• Must have knowledge and have worked with fondant, marzipan, gum paste and modeling chocolate that is used for decorating.
• Able to handle high volume and workload.

Write on all standard height cakes Create chocolate ribbons Cover mousse cakes in chocolate shavings or chocolate ribbon Decorate birthday cakes, cupcakes, and cookies About Pastries by Randolph Our pastry shop produces over 30 varieties of French pastries, 20 different cakes, 20 different cookies.
