Baker

Overall Description We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker who is able to provide consistence production performance in an efficient and professional manner and is willing to learn and grow with us. A baker that takes pride in quality and thrives to serve excellent product to every guest.

Responsibilities:

Accurately scale, mix, and bake various baked goods including, but not limited to muffins, cookies, cakes, pies, glazes, biscuits, scones, and breads according to provided recipes and instructions. Follow quality control measurements and communicates with the bakery management when questions or concerns arise. Follow established operational procedures and communicates with bakery management when questions or concerns arise. Maintains cleanliness and organization of work station and entire kitchen on a day-to-day basis. Strictly adheres to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices, to guarantee a clean and safe work environment. Provides excellent customer service and communicated with the guests as needed. Reports to bakery management.

Requirements:

Professional baking experience. Culinary/baking education (preferable). Strong sense of urgency. Strong communication skills. Time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to focus. Ability to work independently and with other team members. Ability to lift up to 50 lb. Ability to work on a hot environment; ability to walk, stand and bend for extended periods of time. Flexible availability, including weekend, holidays, early mornings, and afternoons.

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
