Is that you? Are you in need of a new opportunity to test your skills and learn new techniques? Successful candidates are able to lift and work with heavy pieces of equipment (and large amounts of dough) and can work quickly in a busy European bakery setting. We are only hiring for long-term employees. This is not a seasonal position. We are NOT hiring high school students.

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry-out oven production (baking/finishing) ensuring all goods are baked according to appropriate quality, required numbers and standards in a timely manner.
• Responsible for day-before preps.
• Prep fillings, dough, and other miscellaneous baker prep items according to schedule and lists created by Head Baker.
• Maintain inventories of baker products in coolers, freezers, and prep areas.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Communicates purchasing orders as needed
• Maintain organized and clean station that adheres to sanitation standards.
• Reports day-to-day activities to Head Baker and Co-workers.
• Any and all other duties necessary to provide exceptional products with exceptional service. Skills Needed To Succeed
