Job Description

Grocery Person in Charge provide excellent service to all guests and crew members while managing all aspects of the grocery department. You are responsible for the store operation in absence of the Store Manager including operations. You will actively stock and merchandise grocery products while you assist guests with product selection and sales. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements, as well as overseeing all departments in the evenings. You will be required to obtain a food handler's permit. More job details are available in our store. Requirements:
We are open 364 days/year evenings weekends, and Holidays are some of our busiest times~ availability to work these times will be necessary Reaching over the head, Bending, Twisting, Pushing, Pulling and lifting 50 lbs., standing up to 8 hours Providing friendly Customer Care at all times It all started with $1,100 and a dream for Ben and Dorothy Haggen and Doug Clark when they opened their first store in 1933 in Bellingham, Washington.
