Help with food handling and packaging of baked items to ensure freshness and presentation meet company standards. Maintain a clean workspace by following food safety management protocols, including sanitation of equipment and work surfaces regularly. Support food production processes by measuring ingredients accurately using basic math skills and following detailed instructions. Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies, rotating stock, and notifying supervisors of low stock levels. Qualifications Previous experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation is highly preferred. Strong knife skills and dough preparation experience are essential for efficient baking operations. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is required to ensure compliance with health standards. Excellent attention to detail for recipe adherence, cake decorating, and quality control of baked goods. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while working efficiently in a high-volume environment. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes.
