BAKERYOur Bakery is a quality-driven bakery specializing in handcrafted bagels and thoughtfully made pastries. We are a small, collaborative team that values consistency, creativity, and a genuine passion for baking.

THE ROLEWe re looking for a motivated Baker s Assistant with a strong interest in the baking and pastry field. This is a hands-on, part-time position supporting both bagel production and pastry work. The right candidate is eager to learn, works well in a team, and is interested in growing within a professional bakery environment.

This position reports directly to the Head Baker and the Bakery Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong interest in baking and pastry artsPrevious bakery or kitchen experience preferred but not requiredReliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morningsAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsDetail-oriented and able to follow recipes and instructionsPositive attitude and strong team mentalityFood handler s certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)GROWTH OPPORTUNITIESThis role offers clear room for growth, including the opportunity to transition into a Lead Baker position for candidates who demonstrate skill, consistency, and leadership over time.
