Train crew members in cake and dessert building and frosting. Maintain cake station and inventory. Take and keep track of cake orders. Communicate with and serve customers ice cream and related products and perform daily operations related to store maintenance and food safety. Cake decorating experience required, however, training will be given related to working with ice-cream cakes.
